Is anyone here savvy with health and fitness? I’m a 190cm guy with a fluctuating weight of 83 to 85kg. I have been strength training since November at the gym, following a routine designed to increase muscle mass in the arms, shoulders, chest and back (I’m also a rower). I also run for two kilometres before I start just to get the blood pumping.
The problem is I am definitely getting stronger, because I can lift heavier weights that I could not do previously, but it doesn’t really show on me. I still look pretty slim. I have a little mass on my arms and my back is fairly toned but nothing immediately noticable. I’m not saying I want to be huge, but I want it to be somewhat noticable. I don’t really understand where I am going wrong. Anyone have any ideas? :\

Exams are finally over so I’ll be posting the last of my study guides soon. Looking forward to next semester so much - I finally get to do an advanced immunology module. How is everyone getting on with their degrees? If you’re not studying, how’s life? Anyone got any plans for post-graduate study?
